Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to join our team in Puducherry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing backend operations, maintaining customer records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend sales operations and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS reports as required.
- Support the sales team in order processing and customer communication.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative and sales-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in sales support/backend operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary
Salary: As per interview performance and experience.
