Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and resolve solar rooftop system service complaints and breakdowns.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical and system-related issues.
- Ensure proper installation quality, wiring, earthing, and safety compliance at project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Verify quality standards during project execution and post-installation inspections.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and closure documentation.
- Support commissioning and handover activities for solar rooftop projects.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, net metering requirements, and company quality procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar Rooftop EPC, Electrical Projects, or O&M.
- Good knowledge of solar inverters, AC/DC systems, LT panels, earthing, and protection systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Experience in handling vendors and field service teams.
- Willingness to travel across project locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Knowledge of solar monitoring systems.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects.
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: From ₹322,804.73 per year
