- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and hire specialized medical professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians) and administrative staff. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process accurate monthly payroll, track attendance, and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance and bonuses.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure hospital operations meet local labor laws and industry accreditations (e.g., NABH/JCI standards).
- Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and hospital staff. Resolve workplace conflicts and manage grievance procedures.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs such as patient safety, clinical governance, and compliance updates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
