Experience: 6+ Years
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of QA experience in Customer Support/Chat Process
- Experience in chat audits, quality monitoring, and agent coaching
- Strong understanding of QA scorecards, CSAT, and customer experience metrics
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Experience with international processes
