Role Overview
We are hiring passionate and target-driven candidates for the role of Senior Academic Counselor. This is an Inside Sales / Admission Sales role where the candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling leads, driving admissions, and achieving sales targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates from EdTech, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Telecalling, Retail Sales, Business Development, or any customer-facing sales background can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain daily sales funnel and productivity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- 0–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Business Development, Tele Sales, BPO Sales, EdTech Sales, or similar sales roles.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
