QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and having 5 to 12 years of Work Experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking Architects at Mid and Senior levels to join our Team. We are looking for candidates with significant exposure in execution of High-Rise Residential, Institutional and Redevelopment Projects.
The role involves preparation of integrated set of architectural drawings and coordinating with Clients / Consultants / Site / Vendors to ensuring accurate and timely execution of work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing detailed Working Drawings of the assigned Project/s
- Proficiency in Software’s like AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, ArchiCAD and MS Office
- Strong awareness of planning Rules / Regulations of NMMC and UDCPR
- Comprehensive understanding of Structural, MEPF and Landscape Drawings / Specifications
- Capacity to plan and manage work load to consistently meet assigned Project deadline
ROLE EXPECTATIONS: (based on experience level)
- Mid-Level Architect: Must independently handle the Project drawings and Consultant co-ordination under the supervision of Team Lead.
- Senior-Level Architect: Must lead and regulate the overall progress of the assigned Project. Must monitor all drawings / information exchanges managed by team assistants
