Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Job Role:
Lead architectural design and planning across multiple real estate projects from concept to execution.

Coordinate closely with consultants, principal architects, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

Ensure adherence to design quality standards, building codes, and integration of sustainable design practices.

Monitor and track project schedules, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and design targets.

- Provide design oversight during all project phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Shop Drawings, and other relevant architectural tools.

Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, construction standards, and coordination with MEP & structural teams.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.
