Role & Responsibilities
● Provides product, promotion, and pricing information; selects appropriate information; forwards information; answers questions.
● Updates the line manager about daily action summaries.
● Maintain sales tracking reports.
● Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates
● Determine and recommend prospecting customers by analysing historical and other statistical
information, participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer call analysis reports.
● Provides after-sales service and in particular, ensures all customers' complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the sales manager if necessary.
● Confirms verbal proposals in writing.
● At all times promote a positive image of the company in all forms of contact.
● To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients, students at piano schools, music teachers in the community and members of the trade.
Qualifications & Skills Required
● Bachelor’s Degree from a deemed university. Engineering or an equivalent degree is preferable
● Adept in data analysis
● Effective communicator, skilled in presenting complex concepts in straightforward ways
● Bilingual, English and Hindi: speak fluently, as well as write and translate in both languages
● Experienced in time management, establishing priorities, and complying with deadlines
● Candidates with Musical Knowledge will be preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
