Job Overview :-
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in client interaction, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of business development.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, bidding platforms, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions
- Generate leads and support the sales pipeline
- Assist in proposal writing and client communication
- Work on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in client interaction and front-facing roles
- Basic understanding of Business Development concepts
- Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn sales Navigator etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development)
- Strong learning attitude and adaptability
- Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
