Job Summary
We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive for a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance support, and payroll coordination. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Oversee employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and performance coordination
- Assist in HR policy implementation and statutory compliance support
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation
- Address employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure smooth execution of overall HR generalist functions independently
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently
- Experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
