Job Summary
Airo Tech Enterprises is looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with an ITI Fitter background (Certificate / Diploma / Graduation) and strong hands-on experience in servicing air compressors and air dryers used across manufacturing units. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown servicing at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of air compressors and air dryers
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance at manufacturing units
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults
- Replace faulty parts and carry out efficient repairs
- Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and high customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety norms and company service standards
- Coordinate with the office team for spares and service scheduling
Eligibility & Qualifications
- ITI Fitter (Certificate / Diploma / Graduation mandatory)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Screw / Reciprocating Air Compressors
- Refrigerated / Desiccant Air Dryers
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial plants preferred
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical panels
Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently at customer sites
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel locally for service visits
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with industrial compressed air systems
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
- Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
