Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and handle joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
- HR Operations & Policy: Implement, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances, queries, and organize events to boost morale and maintain a positive culture.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, manage attendance, leave, and administer benefits packages.
- Performance Management: Support the appraisal process, including setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate employee data and records in HRMS and other systems
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR roles is typically required
