- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, banquets, and luxury service standards.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent English and French are required. Arabic would be considered an advantage.
