Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Export- Import Documentation Executive to manage international trade documentation and coordinate import/export operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing company and possess in-depth knowledge of export-import documentation, procedures, custom regulations, Incoterms and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and verify export and import documentation accurately.
· Handle shipping documents including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Air Waybill (AWB)
Certificate of Origin
Shipping Bill
Letter of Credit (LC) Documentation
· Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
· Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST and other statutory regulations
· Manage import documentations, customs clearance and shipment tracking.
· Monitor export shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
· Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, finance and logistics teams for timely shipment.
· Maintain export/import records and documentation for audits.
· Resolve shipment-related issues with customers, suppliers, logistics partners and customs authorities.
· Ensure compliance with international trade policies and company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
· B.Com., Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or relevant field
· Certificate in Export- Import
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Export-Import Documentation
· Experience in manufacturing company is mandatory
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
