Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer who can independently manage and build the institute’s technology ecosystem. This is not a large team management role — the position requires an individual contributor who can execute, build, and implement tech solutions using modern tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and manage CRM, ERP, and MIS systems (using practical tools / no-code / low-code where applicable)
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.) to streamline operations and introduce innovation
- Build and maintain a basic app/system for student performance tracking
- Support creation of a simple e-learning or training platform using available technologies
- Automate daily workflows, reporting, and operational processes
- Manage website, hosting, and overall digital infrastructure
- Work directly with management to implement tech-driven growth ideas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in development, automation, or system building
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and ability to apply them in real scenarios
- Basic understanding of software tools, integrations, and digital platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven work approach
Preferred Skills:
- Basic app or web development knowledge
- Experience in startups, solo projects, or building systems independently
