Space Borne is Hiring – Geoinformatics Teaching Associate
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Onsite/Hybrid)
Engagement Type: Internship-cum-Teaching Associate
Eligibility: Graduate / Post Graduate in Geoinformatics
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering GIS & Remote Sensing training sessions to students
- Support faculty in preparing class notes, exercises, and lab sessions
- Guide learners through hands-on GIS software practice (QGIS/ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro/GEE/Python/SQL)
- Help conduct doubt-clearing and practical sessions for live batches
- Assist in evaluating assignments, projects, and student progress
- Support spatial data preparation, mapping, and remote sensing exercises for coursework
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Geoinformatics, Geography, or related field
- Solid working knowledge of GIS & Remote Sensing concepts and software
- Confident communicator with an aptitude for teaching/mentoring
- Good command of Tamil & English (Hindi a plus)
- Eagerness to build a career in geospatial education and training
