Job Summary:
We're looking for a Sales Reporting Manager who is passionate about sales, reporting, and driving business insights. In this role, you'll be working closely with the Sales Leadership team to transform sales data into meaningful actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
· What we’re looking for:
- Own and manage sales reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Design, maintain, and sales reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Monitor sales KPIs, targets, trends, and pipeline performance to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of sales data across systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams for data collection and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and business review meetings with data-driven analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards across the sales function.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Reporting, MIS, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
