We are seeking a Flutter Developer & Mentor to develop Flutter-based applications and mentor software development interns and students. This role involves hands-on development along with guiding learners through real-world projects, coding best practices, and industry-relevant skills.
Experience Required:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Flutter development
- Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong Flutter/Dart knowledge are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
- Mentor software development interns and students
- Conduct training sessions, code reviews, and technical guidance
- Guide interns on Flutter, Dart, and app architecture
- Support project-based learning and skill development
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred:
- Prior experience mentoring interns or students
- Familiarity with Firebase, REST APIs, and state management
- Candidates from Kerala & Tamil Nadu preferred
