Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Counsellor to convert leads into appointments through phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Call all incoming leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatments/packages.
- Book appointments for consultations and treatments.
- Follow up with missed, pending, and old leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Explain ongoing offers, treatment benefits, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment scheduling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Collect patient feedback and encourage Google reviews after treatment.
Requirements
- Graduate (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of telesales, telecalling, or counselling experience (aesthetic, healthcare, dental, or wellness industry preferred)
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
