Job Title-Retail Sales Assistant
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 0-3 years of retail experience (eyewear or jewellery preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive kiosk sales and assist customers with product discovery and basic styling.
Create a friendly, premium in-store experience.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion.
Share customer and competitor insights with the team.
Maintain kiosk hygiene and display standards.
Record sales correctly and coordinate with the central team.
Qualification & Skills :
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good sense of fashion, styling and premium presentation.
Presentable, stylish and well-groomed at all times.
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales reports.
Smart, dynamic and eager for fast career growth.
Should be able to join immediately or within 30 days
Salary
2 Lac 25 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.
