Job Role: Logistics Executive (Insite – Evening Shift)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Work as an in-site logistics executive at the customer's location.
Coordinate closely with the customer and Siegma Logistics operations team to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Create and generate Lorry Receipts (LRs) accurately.
Validate vehicle documents, including RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Permit, Pollution Certificate, and Driving Licence.
Verify shipment documents such as Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, and other statutory documents before vehicle dispatch.
Ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition before placement and dispatch.
Track vehicles from pickup to delivery and provide timely status updates.
Follow up for timely Proof of Delivery (POD) collection and submission.
Follow up on invoices and ensure all billing documents are completed and submitted on time.
Ensure on-time pickup and delivery by proactively monitoring shipment progress.
Maintain shipment records and update the logistics system regularly.
Escalate operational issues, delays, and document discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Qualification
Diploma or Any Degree.
Language Requirement

Tamil – Required
Hindi – Preferred
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational timelines.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
