Job Title: Warehouse Quality Checker – Textile Showroom
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Quality Checker for our textile showroom warehouse in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for checking the quality of incoming and outgoing textile products, identifying defects, and ensuring stock meets company quality standards. Experience in textile quality checking is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect textile products for quality, damage, and defects
- Check fabric, stitching, finishing, color, and measurements
- Verify stock quantity and product accuracy during inward and outward process
- Identify and report defective or damaged items
- Ensure products meet company quality standards before dispatch
- Maintain quality check records and reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams for quality issues
- Support stock audits and inventory verification
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of stock
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in textile quality checking / warehouse operations
- Knowledge of fabric quality, stitching, and finishing standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection
- Basic stock handling and warehouse process knowledge
- Ability to identify defects and maintain records
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
