Salary Range: 65k to 70k
Roles:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation and deal closure.
- Track lead flow, follow-ups, conversion ratios, and ensure CRM discipline.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and inactive client reactivation.
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase business revenue.
- Coordinate with purchase, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication between departments to avoid operational delays.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.
- Support regional sales planning and growth initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales SOPs and workflow improvements.
- Monitor process compliance and enhance reporting systems for better sales execution.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
