B.Arch with 2-3 yrs work experience.No diploma degree,
Should be able to do Architecture and Interior space planning , Should have a good knowledge of available materials , should be able to understand and make detailed working drawings , develop design concept.
Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, Microsoft Excel , Powerpoint presentations, AI for Architecture
Should have good communication skills Should know English, Hindi, Marathi (also preferred)
Should be open for site management and outstation travel . Should have a personal vehicle for travel within the city
