About the role-
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing consultative advice on market trends.
- Business Development: Actively source, prospect, and engage new clients to expand our RPO business while farming existing client accounts for new opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage end-to-end client relationships, from requirement gathering to onboarding, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue targets and conversion rates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions, candidate sourcing, and sales activity in our CRM/ATS system.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet specific hiring objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pay rates, and fee structures to close deals effectively.
What's required-
- Experience: 0-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or RPO, with a focus on B2B sales or account management. Any experience in tele-calling is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of the recruitment cycle, talent mapping, and market-specific hiring trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and connect with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
