2. Study the sub-assy and material handling.
3. Update Projects Status to the Manager at the end of the Day
4. Attending a design review meeting and learn the Assembly Skills
5. Study bout the project and need to improve the interest in assembly and projects
6. Inspection of the machine , sub – assembly & all points regarding (Elmech Standard
7. Studying about the projects & Also need to Convey to the concern Team
8. Need to collect the Materials needed from the Stores as per the BOM Must take the responsiblities of the materials
9. Need to maintain 5S & Saftey Regulations in the working Area
10. Responsible for all assembly & Commissioning activities
11. Attend a product selection meeting & Share Valuable Suggestions
12. Develop and manufacture fixtures for machining and production requirements.
13. Possess strong knowledge of machining processes including Milling, Turning, Drilling, and Welding.
14. Study and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
15. Coordinate with design and production teams for fixture development and process improvements.
16. Plan and monitor fixture manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
17. Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and fabricated components using measuring instruments.
18. Perform fixture assembly and machine assembly as per technical requirements.
19. Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues.
20. Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
21. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
22. Assemble mechanical and electrical components as per drawings and specifications.
23. Read and understand assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
24. Perform machine fitting, alignment, and testing activities.
25. Identify and report assembly issues to the engineering team.
26. Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
27. Support machine installation and commissioning when required.
28. Maintain assembly tools and equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
