Our Bangalore-based professionals are deeply involved in large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and omnichannel transformation programs, helping global retailers scale, modernise and remain future-ready in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Service Consultant - Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB) for Application Maintenance and Support of on prem and cloud based environments.
In this role, you’ll:

Collaborate with clients and internal team to deliver transformative Oracle Retail solutions.
- Communicate with clients by providing on-call support as needed, during business and non-business hours
- Support and troubleshoot production client environments (Cloud and on Prem env)
- Take ownership of or assist with the logging, reporting, and resolution of application issues in Jira.
- Ensure development standards are met in all coding practices
- Build and test application enhancements and modifications
- Ensures adherence to OLR and customers quality standards, policies, processes and procedures.
- Individual contributor and collaboration with team members.
- Assist in the mentoring and coaching of more junior members of the team
- Document knowledge articles for internal cross-training
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Science.
- 2 to 4 yearsof experience in Oracle Retail, systems integration, consulting, or managed services.
- Essential experience with Oracle Retail modules, specifically the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in cloud environments. Familiarity with additional modules is a plus.
- Experience in a production environment is required, including the management of incidents, problems, and change requests.
- The candidate must have strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and the ability to debug packages, functions, and procedures. Basic UNIX/Linux command skills are necessary, and shell scripting capabilities are an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client-facing communication, effective teamwork, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.
