VBC Hydraulics is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and overall employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and confidential information.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime data, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Support statutory compliance activities related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, bonus, and other HR compliances.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Experience with attendance and payroll coordination.
