A Kindergarten Trained Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment to foster young children's (aged 4-6) early academic, social, and emotional development.
Common Qualifications
- Montessori trained with a UG degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CBSE or ICSE schools.
- Proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation: Design and deliver engaging, play-based, and age-appropriate lesson plans covering early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, welcoming, and safe classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behavior.
- Child Development Monitoring: Assess student progress and development through observation, portfolio management, and developmental milestones tracking.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open, regular communication with parents regarding children’s development, behavior, and daily activities.
- Instructional Techniques: Utilize diverse methods, including interactive games, arts & crafts, storytelling, and music, to stimulate cognitive and creative abilities.
- Child Welfare: Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional support of young students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or specialized Kindergarten Training.
- Skills: Strong patience to extreme patience level. Creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
- Background: Familiarity with early childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
