Role Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre Gift Hampers & Gifting Solutions Manager to conceptualize, curate, price, and deliver luxury and premium gift hampers for all occasions—including HNI weddings, corporate gifting, return favors, festivals, private parties, events, and celebrations.
This role requires a rare blend of creativity, luxury sensibility, vendor sourcing, operational execution, and client management, ensuring every hamper reflects quality, elegance, and flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and curate premium & luxury gift hampers for all occasions
- Design gifting solutions for:
- HNI & luxury weddings (welcome hampers, return favors, VIP gifting)
- Corporate gifting (festivals, employee gifts, client & channel partner gifts)
- Events, launches, parties, and private celebrations
- Festivals (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Rakhi, Weddings, etc.)
- Source and manage premium products, luxury packaging, and bespoke items
- Oversee pricing, costing, margin control, and profitability
- Customize hampers based on client budgets, themes, branding, and cultural preferences
- Coordinate design, packaging, assembly, quality control, and logistics
- Manage timelines for bulk and high-value orders
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, artisans, and premium suppliers
- Ensure consistent luxury presentation and quality standards
- Support business development, proposals, and client pitches

Skills & Expertise Required
- Strong experience in luxury gifting, hampers, events, hospitality, or premium retail
- Deep understanding of HNI expectations & cultural nuances
- Product sourcing & vendor negotiation skills
- Costing, pricing, and margin control
- Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and packaging
- Excellent coordination, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to manage large-volume and high-value orders
- Clear communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Luxury Retail, Events, Hospitality, FMCG, or Premium Brands
- Experience handling wedding planners, corporates, and HNI clients
- Exposure to festive & bulk gifting projects
- Business or design-related education preferred
