Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid search, Performance Max, Display, and campaigns within Ads.
- Conduct deep keyword research, draft compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tracking tools to ensure precise conversion attribution.
- Monitor and optimize core KPIs, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Provide regular, transparent performance reports and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- 1+ years of proven experience managing Ads campaigns in competitive commercial niches
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
