Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our International BPO Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Follow established processes and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an International BPO Voice Process is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or collections processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-centric approach and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
