We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Education Counselor to guide students and working professionals in selecting the most suitable educational programs aligned with their career aspirations. The role involves counseling prospective learners, understanding their requirements, recommending appropriate courses, and supporting them throughout the admission process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding available programs, universities, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career objectives, and learning needs to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the admission lifecycle.
- Assist applicants with documentation, application submission, and enrollment formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned admission, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Stay updated on program offerings, admission policies, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and issue resolution.
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities as required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, EdTech, or Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in education counseling may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
