Service Manager
Location: Nellore

Reports To: Service General Manager
Salary : 30k to 40k
Job Purpose
To manage daily workshop operations, ensure timely vehicle delivery, maintain service quality
standards, and achieve workshop performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day workshop activities and service workflow.
Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Floor Incharges.
Ensure proper job allocation and manpower utilization.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.
Monitor workshop KPIs such as TAT, productivity, repeat repairs, and labor revenue.
Ensure compliance with OEM processes, warranty procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct team training and performance reviews.
Maintain workshop discipline and housekeeping.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in commercial vehicle workshops.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
