Job Summary
Energia Electrica Pvt Ltd (Yazz EV) is looking for a Quality Control (QC) to ensure product quality through incoming, in-process, and final inspections in EV manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during assembly and manufacturing operations.
- Inspect EV components such as battery packs, motors, controllers, chassis parts, wiring harness, and other assemblies.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues in production and supplier materials.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, test reports, and non-conformance documentation.
- Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor implementation of quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality problems.
- Ensure final product inspection before dispatch or delivery.
- Assist in continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in manufacturing, automobile, EV, or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
