- Role Purpose
- The Senior Associate Marketing Manager Campaign Management is responsible for planning executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic priorities across industries services and client segments
- This role focuses on driving measurable business impact including brand visibility pipeline influence and large deal RFP support while ensuring strong governance compliance and operational excellence
- The role works closely with business units sales martech creative and external agencies to deliver high impact insight driven campaigns at scale
- Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Management
- Plan and execute end to end integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid media social email website and deal based initiatives
- Translate business and GTM priorities into clear campaign objectives target audiences messaging KPIs and execution plans
- Manage campaign lifecycle from briefing approvals execution optimization to closure and impact reporting
- Business Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the marketing SPOC for assigned industries service lines strategic tracks or accounts
- Partner with business leaders sales and field marketing teams to align campaigns to revenue priorities deal pursuits and account plans
- Support large deals RFPs and strategic pursuits through targeted campaigns digital assets and experience led initiatives
- Performance Tracking Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using agreed metrics such as impressions engagement leads SQLs pipeline influenced and ROI
- Prepare concise leadership ready updates campaign review decks and executive summaries
- Digital Martech Agency Collaboration
- Work closely with digital marketing Martech CRM and analytics teams to ensure accurate campaign setup tracking attribution and reporting
- Coordinate with creative content media and technology agencies to deliver high quality assets and executions aligned to Infosys brand guidelines
- Education Experience
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field MBA preferred
- min 7 years exp for graduate or engineering min 5 years experience for MBA
- 5 8 years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to campaign management and digital marketing
- Prior experience in IT services consulting BPM or large enterprise environments preferred
