Job Description –
- BIM Engineer is responsible for developing models for MEPF disciplines.
- The MEP Engineer is responsible for reviewing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, piping, and fire protection models.
- Prepares, completes or reviews all BIM project models to ensure accuracy, related to
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and fire protection.
- Oversee, coordinate, and run QC for project tasks.
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Follow model and drawings standards and naming conventions.
- Create Revit families, templates, and parts.
- Experience of working with Shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Experience of extracting Quantification through Revit
- Prepare search sets and conduct clash detection using Navisworks manage, and other tools.
- Help to coordinator or team lead in daily/weekly global visual design reviews
- Communicate with the responsible Team lead, PMs, and Engineers to ensure project
reporting and delivery.
- Ensure model and drawings are progress according to planned schedule.
- Ensure continuous improvement through trainings to respective Modellers & Self.
- Investigate ways to enhance the companies’ standings through R&D.
Key Competencies / Skills
- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360, Collaboration for Revit.
- Advanced PC skills with the knowledge of all necessary Microsoft products
- Excellent BIM knowledge and interest in working on prestigious Civil, Building and MEP
design projects.
- Successful candidate will possess excellent English verbal and written communication and
interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all
organizational levels
Qualification –
- The chosen candidate(s) will have a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil with
various software training certificates.
- Experience should include well developed communications, decision making, interpersonal,
organizational and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other
stakeholders
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
