To provide design & development support.
- Create new artwork designs for product and product packaging.
- Designing & Updation of packaging artworks as per customer’s request.
- Technical drawing preparation of product and machine.
- Regular creation & Updation of product drawings etc. as per customer’s need.
- Updation of product catalogues and brochures as per feedback from Sales & Marketing.
- Updation of tracking sheets and maintaining history of all the design files.
- Monitor & manage the packaging or product development process. For e.g. sharing the design/drawing till the final approvals.
- Innovative ideas for brochures/ catalogues designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, production, QA & QC teams to ensure that development meets the customer needs.
- Develop and implement innovative packaging designs that enhance product appeal, functionality, and brand image.
- Manage packaging (Corrugated & Flexible), Catalogues, brochures development as per the timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of packaging specifications, project progress, and performance data.
- Knowledge of corrugated, flexible packaging will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of color shades like Pantone CMYK, RGB etc.
- Bachelor's degree in designing or Packaging Science or any related field.
- Packaging development experience will be an added advantage.
- Fair knowledge of packaging materials and their printing process.
- Good project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed Familiarity with design software like Corel Draw(Must), AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Solid Works etc.
- Familiarity with software’s like Microsoft excel, Word, Presentation etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
