KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software & network issues
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, email accounts and system access
- Ensure data backup and security
- Assist in maintaining IT systems, networks and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT related requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Any Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Applications
- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software & Networking
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with responsibility
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
