JOB SUMMARY
The MIS Executive is responsible for the preparation, management, and maintenance of MIS reports, operational dashboards, and beneficiary data for the Centralized Monitoring Unit (CMU). This role provides analytics support, report generation, service tracking, database updates, and monitoring support while ensuring seamless coordination between field operations and centralized systems for all KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks. Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MIS REPORTS PREPARATION & MANAGEMENT
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for DBOCWWB and CMU
- Maintain standardized report formats as per project requirements
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and zero discrepancy
2. OPERATIONAL DASHBOARDS
- Create and update real-time operational dashboards
- Visualize registrations, smart-card issuance, renewals, and footfall
- Ensure dashboards accessible to authorized stakeholders
3. BENEFICIARY DATA MANAGEMENT
- Manage master database of all registered construction workers
- Perform data cleaning, deduplication, and validation
- Ensure data privacy and security as per government norms
4. ANALYTICS SUPPORT
- Provide data analytics support to Project Manager and DBOCWWB
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in beneficiary data
5. REPORT GENERATION
- Generate ad-hoc and periodic reports as requested
- Prepare exception reports for underperforming centres
- Create presentation-ready data summaries and charts
6. SERVICE TRACKING
- Track service delivery metrics across all field units
- Monitor smart-card delivery timelines
- Maintain SLA compliance tracker
7. DATABASE UPDATES
- Ensure real-time database updates from field teams
- Reconcile physical records with digital database weekly
- Maintain backup and data recovery protocols
8. MONITORING SUPPORT
- Assist CMU monitoring team with data-driven insights
- Flag data anomalies for immediate field verification
- Support internal audit processes with verified data extracts
9. COORDINATION WITH FIELD & CENTRALIZED SYSTEMS
- Coordinate with KSK Centres, Mobile KSK Units, and Labour Chowks
- Liaise with NIC and technical teams for system integration
- Train field staff on data entry protocols and error reduction
10. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor's degree (BCA/B.Sc IT/MCA/MBA Systems preferred)
Experience: 2-4 years in MIS, data management, or analytics
Technical Skills:
oAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Formulas) - Mandatory
oDatabase (SQL/MS Access) - Mandatory
oPower BI/Tableau - Desirable
Language: Fluent Hindi & English (Bilingual reporting - Mandatory)
