Job Role
. Develop new menu options based on season changes and customer demand
. Hands on working with the kitchen team
. Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
. Maintaining the Food Hygiene and Safety standard
. Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation
dish plating.
. Maintaining the food quality, quantity and presentation
. Maintaining the kitchen cleaning standard
. Proper HACCP Documentation
