We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, manage staff, maintain high-quality food and customer satisfaction, and drive overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (dining, kitchen, delivery, and takeaway).
- Manage and train staff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a great dining experience.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor relations.
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Track daily sales, expenses, and prepare performance reports.
- Implement marketing & promotional activities to increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
