Admin & Procurement Intern
Position: Operations & Procurement Intern
Responsibilities:

Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing.

Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and AMCs.

Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment.
-
Coordinate with vendors, IT, HR, and Admin for day-to-day operational requirements.

Track purchase requests, deliveries, and vendor follow-ups.

Support event arrangements and office administration activities.
-
Maintain procurement and asset records.
Requirements:
-
Graduate or pursuing BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
-
Organized, proactive, and willing to travel locally when required.
-
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
