We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet our growing organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with department heads, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final interviewing and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize Job Boards, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their specific staffing requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future business needs.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, timely, and welcoming hiring process.
Compliance & HR Support: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and labor law compliance. Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience/ Fresher: Proven experience as a Recruiter managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Experience recruiting within the manufacturing or jewellery industry is a strong plus.
Sourcing Expertise: Mainstream recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management.
Adaptability: Resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR policies, basic labor laws, and recruitment compliance standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
