About the Role
Siddhas Trust is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to strengthen our fundraising and partnership initiatives. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, connecting with CSR teams, foundations, donors, and institutional partners, and building long-term relationships that support the Trust's mission.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Banking, Finance, or Business Development who possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Prior NGO experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to CSR teams, corporate organizations, foundations, donors, and other prospective funding partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR representatives, corporate decision-makers, and philanthropic organizations.
- Generate funding opportunities through CSR initiatives, foundations, government grants, corporate sponsorships, crowdfunding platforms, international donors, and institutional partnerships.
- Perform email outreach and LinkedIn networking to identify and engage prospective funding partners.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of funding opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective partners.
- Research funding opportunities and assist in preparing proposals, partnership documents, and grant applications.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, communications, and follow-ups using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with the Trust's leadership to achieve fundraising and partnership objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Business Development backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in NGO fundraising, donor relations, CSR engagement, grant writing, strategic partnerships, or resource mobilization will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.

Performance Expectations
Performance targets will be assigned after joining based on the fundraising strategy and organizational objectives.
Reporting
Reports directly to the Secretary, Siddhas Trust.
