We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join Vishakarex team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Improve product usability based on feedback and analytics
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Knowledge of responsive and accessibility standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
