G D Goenka School Rohtak is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and empathetic Hostel Warden to oversee the smooth functioning and discipline of our girls' hostel. The ideal candidate should be committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of our hostel residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain discipline and decorum in the hostel.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hostel students.
- Address students' concerns and provide emotional support.
- Maintain records of attendance, visitors, and leave.
- Supervise daily routines, cleanliness, and hostel staff.
- Liaise with parents and institution authorities when needed
Requirements:
- candidate, preferably aged between 30-40 years.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to reside in the hostel premises.
