Job Summary
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) who will be the face of Mokro. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for every guest while efficiently managing guest inquiries and reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with menu information, restaurant services, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns courteously.
- Follow up on reservation inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain guest records and support customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Represent Mokro with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, reception, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic spoken English.
- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and guest interactions.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservation or POS software is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Dress Code
The Guest Relations Executive is expected to maintain a professional appearance. Wearing a saree during duty hours is mandatory as part of the restaurant's uniform and brand presentation.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
