Job Description:
As a Field Sales Engineer at Godrej Material Handling, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that address the unique requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their material handling needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Godrej Material Handling solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently striving to exceed expectations and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or field engineering roles, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of material handling concepts, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
