Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Banking Domain to lead the design and implementation of enterprise banking solutions powered by AI, cloud, and modern architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agentic AI, AI/ML, Enterprise Architecture, Core Banking, Java Microservices, Cloud Platforms, and Banking Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI applications.
- Architect scalable banking solutions integrating Core Banking, ERP systems, Banking APIs, and workflow platforms.
- Lead solution architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and API-driven architecture.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, scalability, and high availability across enterprise applications.
- Develop reusable architecture frameworks, tools, and technical standards.
- Mentor development teams, conduct architecture reviews, and engage with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture within the Banking domain.
- Strong expertise in AI/LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Java (8–21), Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular (preferred), SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms.
- Experience with TOGAF, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), DevOps, and Security Standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, IAM).
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking, Corporate Banking, AML, ALM, NPA, WMS, Fraud Detection, Banking APIs, and Data Architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
